CHINA SANITARY MART warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for a warranty period ranging from 1 to 20 years, depending on the specific product category and model, provided that the product remains in the possession of the original consumer purchaser.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser or owner of the product and is non-transferable. It does not apply to any subsequent purchaser, owner, tenant, or user.
This warranty is valid only for products that are purchased and installed within Bangladesh.
To obtain warranty service, customers must retain and present the following:
The original proof of purchase (invoice / money receipt / warranty card)
The applicable warranty document
A video or clear visual evidence showing the issue or defect
Customers may request warranty service by contacting the authorized supplier/dealer from whom the product was purchased, or by contacting CHINA SANITARY MART directly through its Hotline, Social Media Channels, or Email.
Upon receiving the required information and issue video, CHINA SANITARY MART will review the claim and take the necessary next steps within 72 working hours inside Dhaka city. Response time for areas outside Dhaka may vary depending on location and service logistics.
Customers must provide reasonable and timely access to the product for inspection, repair, replacement, or service support. CHINA SANITARY MART shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, damage, or additional cost arising from failure to provide timely access or from circumstances beyond its control.
If a defect is found and a valid warranty claim is accepted by CHINA SANITARY MART, the company will, at its sole discretion:
Repair the defective product, or
Replace the defective product or defective part with the same or equivalent model
Such repair or replacement will be provided without charge for the covered defective part/product, subject to the terms of this warranty.
Any product or part replaced under warranty shall become the property of CHINA SANITARY MART.
The decision whether to repair, replace, or otherwise adjust a product under warranty shall be made solely by CHINA SANITARY MART.
Cleaning, dismantling, reinstallation, transportation, conveyance, delivery, and site-related service charges may apply where necessary and shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This warranty shall apply only to defects arising from manufacturing faults in material or workmanship under normal residential use. The warranty does not cover damage, defects, or service issues resulting from, including but not limited to:
Improper installation, misuse, negligence, or abuse
Commercial, industrial, rental, or non-residential use (unless specifically stated otherwise)
Normal wear and tear, scratches, fading, discoloration, or aging
Accidents, impact, mishandling, or unauthorized modification
Improper cleaning methods, chemical damage, or corrosive substances
Damage caused by plumbing, electrical, structural, environmental, or water-pressure related issues
Repairs or servicing performed by unauthorized persons
All warranty claims must be supported by valid proof of purchase.
CHINA SANITARY MART reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the original invoice, receipt, or warranty documentation cannot be provided.
This written warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by CHINA SANITARY MART for the product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the original purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be limited to repair, replacement, or other appropriate adjustment as determined by CHINA SANITARY MART.
CHINA SANITARY MART shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of the product, service delay, or inability to use the product, except as otherwise required by law.
For warranty support, customers may contact CHINA SANITARY MART through its official Hotline Number, Facebook Page, Website, or Email and provide purchase details along with a video/photo of the issue for faster assistance.
CHINA SANITARY MART তাদের নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যের মেটেরিয়াল ও ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ত্রুটির জন্য স্বাভাবিক আবাসিক ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে ১ বছর থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ২০ বছর পর্যন্ত ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করে, যা পণ্যের ধরন ও মডেলভেদে ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
এই ওয়ারেন্টি শুধুমাত্র সেই ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য হবে, যখন পণ্যটি মূল ক্রেতার মালিকানায় থাকবে।
এই ওয়ারেন্টি শুধুমাত্র প্রাথমিক/মূল ক্রেতা বা মালিকের জন্য প্রযোজ্য এবং এটি হস্তান্তরযোগ্য নয়। পরবর্তী কোনো ক্রেতা, মালিক, ব্যবহারকারী বা ভাড়াটিয়ার ক্ষেত্রে এই ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
এই ওয়ারেন্টি শুধুমাত্র বাংলাদেশে ক্রয়কৃত ও বাংলাদেশে ইনস্টলকৃত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে কার্যকর থাকবে।
ওয়ারেন্টি সার্ভিস পেতে গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই নিম্নোক্ত ডকুমেন্ট সংরক্ষণ ও প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী প্রদান করতে হবেঃ

গ্রাহক যে ডিলার/সাপ্লায়ারের কাছ থেকে পণ্যটি ক্রয় করেছেন, তার মাধ্যমে অথবা সরাসরি CHINA SANITARY MART-এর হটলাইন নম্বর, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া চ্যানেল অথবা ইমেইল-এ যোগাযোগ করে ওয়ারেন্টি সার্ভিসের অনুরোধ করতে পারবেন।
প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য ও সমস্যার ভিডিও পাওয়ার পর ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে ৭২ কর্মঘন্টার মধ্যে CHINA SANITARY MART প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করবে। ঢাকার বাইরে সার্ভিস প্রদান বা রেসপন্স টাইম লোকেশন, পরিবহন ও সার্ভিস সুবিধার ওপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
গ্রাহককে পণ্য পরিদর্শন, মেরামত, পরিবর্তন বা সার্ভিস সম্পন্ন করার জন্য যৌক্তিক ও সময়োপযোগী প্রবেশাধিকার নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। সময়মতো প্রবেশাধিকার না পাওয়া, বিলম্ব হওয়া, অথবা প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে কোনো কারণে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতি, ব্যয় বা অসুবিধার জন্য CHINA SANITARY MART দায়ী থাকবে না।
যদি কোনো ত্রুটি প্রমাণিত হয় এবং CHINA SANITARY MART-এর কাছে জমা দেওয়া ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি বৈধ হিসেবে গৃহীত হয়, তাহলে CHINA SANITARY MART নিজস্ব বিবেচনায় নিম্নের যেকোনো একটি ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে পারেঃ
ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য মেরামত করা, অথবা
ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য বা অংশ একই বা সমমানের পণ্য/পার্টস দ্বারা প্রতিস্থাপন করা
ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় অনুমোদিত ত্রুটিপূর্ণ অংশ বা পণ্যের মেরামত বা প্রতিস্থাপন বিনামূল্যে প্রদান করা হবে, তবে তা এই ওয়ারেন্টির শর্তাবলীর অধীন থাকবে।
ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় যে পণ্য বা অংশ প্রতিস্থাপন করা হবে, তা CHINA SANITARY MART-এর সম্পত্তি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
মেরামত, প্রতিস্থাপন অথবা অন্য কোনো উপযুক্ত সমাধান প্রদান করা হবে কি না—সে সিদ্ধান্ত সম্পূর্ণভাবে CHINA SANITARY MART-এর নিজস্ব বিবেচনার ওপর নির্ভরশীল।
প্রয়োজনে Cleaning, Dismantling, Reinstallation, Conveyance, Transportation, Delivery বা Site-related Service Charge প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে এবং লিখিতভাবে অন্যথা উল্লেখ না থাকলে এ ধরনের ব্যয় গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
এই ওয়ারেন্টি শুধুমাত্র স্বাভাবিক আবাসিক ব্যবহারে উৎপাদনজনিত মেটেরিয়াল বা কারিগরি ত্রুটির ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য। নিম্নোক্ত কারণে সৃষ্ট সমস্যা বা ক্ষতির ক্ষেত্রে এই ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না, যেমনঃ
ভুল ইনস্টলেশন, অপব্যবহার, অবহেলা বা অসতর্ক ব্যবহার
বাণিজ্যিক, শিল্প, ভাড়া বা নন-রেসিডেন্সিয়াল ব্যবহার (যদি আলাদাভাবে উল্লেখ না থাকে)
স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহারজনিত ক্ষয়, স্ক্র্যাচ, রঙের পরিবর্তন, ফেডিং বা পুরনো হয়ে যাওয়া
দুর্ঘটনা, আঘাত, ভাঙচুর, অননুমোদিত পরিবর্তন বা মেরামত
ভুল পরিষ্কার পদ্ধতি, ক্ষতিকর কেমিক্যাল বা ক্ষয়কারী পদার্থের ব্যবহার
পানি চাপ, প্লাম্বিং, বৈদ্যুতিক, স্ট্রাকচারাল বা পরিবেশগত সমস্যাজনিত ক্ষতি
অনুমোদনহীন ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে মেরামত/সার্ভিসিং
প্রতিটি ওয়ারেন্টি দাবির সঙ্গে বৈধ ক্রয়প্রমাণ জমা দেওয়া বাধ্যতামূলক।
মূল Invoice / Money Receipt / Warranty Card প্রদর্শন করতে ব্যর্থ হলে CHINA SANITARY MART ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
এই লিখিত ওয়ারেন্টিই CHINA SANITARY MART-এর প্রদত্ত একমাত্র ও চূড়ান্ত ওয়ারেন্টি। প্রযোজ্য আইন যতটুকু অনুমতি দেয়, মূল ক্রেতার জন্য এই ওয়ারেন্টির অধীনে একমাত্র প্রতিকার হবে মেরামত, প্রতিস্থাপন বা CHINA SANITARY MART কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত অন্য কোনো উপযুক্ত সমন্বয়।
প্রযোজ্য আইন ব্যতীত, পণ্য ব্যবহারে অক্ষমতা, সার্ভিস বিলম্ব, বা পণ্য ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক, বিশেষ বা ফলশ্রুতিজনিত ক্ষতি, ব্যয় বা লোকসানের জন্য CHINA SANITARY MART দায়ী থাকবে না।
ওয়ারেন্টি সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো সহায়তার জন্য গ্রাহক CHINA SANITARY MART-এর অফিসিয়াল হটলাইন, ফেসবুক পেজ, ওয়েবসাইট বা ইমেইল-এ যোগাযোগ করতে পারবেন। দ্রুত সহায়তার জন্য ক্রয়ের তথ্যের সঙ্গে সমস্যার ভিডিও/ছবি সংযুক্ত করার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
